I'm looking up candidates an noticing some scheduled calls are not carrying over. Anyone have an idea why? Also, I guess I would like to review all scheduled activities in 2010 to make sure I haven't lost track of an important call/follow up. Is there a quick way to do this? I have a customized layout and haven't done the fix to get the calender to a current date (not year 2025). Will this fix possibly help with the calls not rolling over? Most calls do rollover, it just seems that some don't. I have 15,000 contacts in the database and looking to avoid going through every single contact, one at a time, to make sure activities are properly completed.

OK, so I figured out how to run a query of open activities for a select period of time. I have 49 pages of uncleared activities for last year, about 11 per page. I can go one by one to lookup the contact and follow up/reschedule/clear the activity. Is there a quicker way? I'm trying to figure out how to run a lookup of these contacts and avoid having to look them up one at a time. any suggestions?
