I have my alarms set at timeless and the recurrence set at daily. This worked fine in Act 6.0. So if I don’t call someone it just rolls over to the next day. I now have 10.0 and when I do this I am getting multiple alarms for the same contact sometimes up to 10 separate activities popping up.
When rolling over an activity, it will move the activity to the next day even if its reoccurring. Since you have this activity reoccurring daily, you're getting this issue. You will need to clear the old date or not roll over.
