Activation on new laptop fails

* Act! Pro Version 20.1.120.0, Update 9 (german)

 

* Upgraded over the years from v17

 

* many changes in sales departments hardware, new laptops...

 

* number of activations (two times licensed user count?) seems to be exhausted

 

How to proceed?

Firstly can you give the exact error or message you are getting.

 

If it is activation number exceeded or similar using the contact us above at the top of this forum give your licence number and contact details. It looks like you have acceded the number of times you can register the licence. You maybe asked to pay a small charge by Swiftpage to reset the activation count.
