Hello, I have ACT 6. Old I know and one of these days I'll upgrade.
I have Windows 7 Ultimate and have gotten Act to work okay. Even email works so so however when I exit ACTMAIL.EXE I always get ACTEMAIL.exe not responding. I have to force it to close.
Also, I have noticed it will not Refresh the email boxes when I hit F5. I have to exit the ActEmail system and reenter to get new emails.
Might you be able to offer any suggestions or help? I realize it's an old product! THANK YOU!
