Act4Outlook calendar sync

I recently installed Act4Outlook and I started using the sync option to add events from Outlook calendar to ACT;  it all works well with one small hiccup.  The time is always off by one hour;  My appointment for 5:30 in Outlook shows as 4:30 in ACT; my ACT is web-based and I cannot see any option for the time zone etc.  Any suggestions on what is causing this issue?

Hi Ariad,

 

Please check the time zone on the database. Go to Tools -preferences-Go into Date and set your time zone.
