Act2010 crashing in Windows 7 64-bit

Act2010 crashing in Windows 7 64-bit

After installing Act2010 on my Windows 7 64-bit laptop, I am able to run the program for awhile with no problem.  However, it will later either crash or it will not reopen.  I get the following error detail message:

Problem Event Name: APPCRASH

Application Name: ActSage.exe

Application Version: 12.1.181.0

Application Timestamp: 4bc8bda5

Fault Module Name: KERNELBASE.dll

Fault Module Version: 6.1.7600.16385

Fault Module Timestamp: 4a5bdbdf

Exception Offset: 0000b727

If I run Act in compatibility mode for Vista, I get the same message.  However, if I run it in compatibility mode for XP SP3, then the program seems to run ok.  What is likely causing this conflict?  Thanks.

I'm getting the same error message. Very frustrating!

Pulling from another post I found (http://community.act.com/t5/Sage-ACT-Premium/Act-for-financial-professionals-has-stopped-working/m-p... I'm able to run the program "As Administrator" and it works. Good luck.
