I've been having a lot of trouble with ACT 9.0 lately. For about three months now I've had the maindata base on one computer and a remote database on the laptop next to me for my assistant to use. Syncing back and forth worked up until last week when the remote computer can no longer get new taks or files attached to contacts. The contact records are still being transfered to the remote computer and any changes done to the remote database come to my maindata base.
I need for my assistant to be able to see the tasks that I have set aside for him and he needs to be able to access the files attached to records.
Im not sure if something happened to the settings of the sync because it works perfectly on my computer, I just need the files and tasks to be viewed on his.
