Act won't install due to Phantom Outlook

Act won't install due to Phantom Outlook

Hi
 
Trying to install ACT but keeps telling me to close Outlook.   Outlook is closed and I rebooted.   Any Ideas??

You still have an Outlook process running in the background. Go to the Task Manger | Processes tab and check for an Outlook process.

Thanx a bit of a rookie.  Running XP where is the process tab?

Do this: Start | Run | then type in "taskmgr" without the quotes.  Once it opens, go to the Process tab along the top.

Thanx.  Got it to load.  Once loaded had a tech problem that the help line got me through.  We will see how it performs.
