Act with Lotus Notes Roaming Profiles

The customer has installed ACT! Version12 .Couppling ACT! and Lotus Notes is not working. The program keeps asking for a ini file which is not on the PC of the user as they work with roaming profiles. How can they change this rapidly?

I have some zipped word files but I do not know how to attach them to this question.

Re: Act with Lotus Notes Roaming Profiles

Hello dbijloos,

Welcome to the ACT! Online Community. Please see if the information in the section entitled "Problems with the notes.ini or *.id files" in the following Knowledgebase article helps:

Lotus Notes is Not Available as an E-mail Client in ACT!

Greig Hollister

Note: Effective 6/1/13, Sage no longers provides support for the Act! software. This is now provided by Swiftpage.
