The customer has installed ACT! Version12 .Couppling ACT! and Lotus Notes is not working. The program keeps asking for a ini file which is not on the PC of the user as they work with roaming profiles. How can they change this rapidly?
I have some zipped word files but I do not know how to attach them to this question.
