I have had to change to a new computer, I did a "Restored As" of my old database to my new computer with Act v17. It seems to work OK, even remembered my document templates. But now when I type a letter for a contact and print it, the prompt doesn't show to attach history or link to the document, It just prints.

Thanks Gary! Problem solved.
It was the registry didn't have the hexadecimal 3, it was set at 2. Once that was changed and I clicked on quick print in Word after opening the document from Act! it gave me the prompt to save.

I have the same problem. I tried the solutions above, but nothing helps. What solution is made by the registry?

I already found the registry values as is stated prveiously. The values are all set to 3....
