Is it true Office 365 and Act V16 are not compatible?
Windows 8 Pro
Outlook 2013 Office 365
Act V16 Pro 16.0.291.0 Hot Fix 5
Act program is on "C" SSD Drive
Database is on "D" drive
Cannot get email history to work
I have tried:
After both no option for ACT database with Outlook
Regedit Change QueueRetryInterval Decimal to 10000
We justed moved everything from Windows XP Act 6.0 Flawless except for email

yes it is true.. you may want to look at a addon provided by companys like DesignR1 or you should consider to upgrade ACT.
