Act v10 OUTLOOK NOT WORKING AT ALL!

Outlook is not working whatsoever.

 

I already had our IT guy in here and he cannot figure out what is going on.

 

When Act! is closed sometimes Oulook shows that it is still working through the task manager under Processes, even though it has been closed out as well.

 

Also, now Outlook won't even show the Act toolbar and the emails that are saved into Act! will not open.

 

My Outlook Express works for sending and receiving emails wise.

 

Please help me this is lowering my productivity!!!!

 

We upgrade from 2007 to 2010 recently and I am starting to regret it because it has only caused more problems than it has solved!!!!

 

HELP! HELP! HELP!
