We have an issue in our office where all 5 employees add appointments to the ACT calendar. Within ACT, everyone can see appointments added by everyone. However, when syncronizing with outlook, only appointments created by that particular user will sync to outlook.
We would like all appointments created by all users to be able to sync with each users outlook. We have spoken with ACT support and realize that this is not possible to accomplish natively with ACT. Does anybody have solutions or work arounds to accomplish this? Thank you
