I have one problem in ACT! by sage 2009 (11.0) version. Please find the problem scenario given below.
I have configured ACT sage 2009 version 11.0 with a softphone in my PC.
Then, i created three contacts naming "setA", "setB", "setC".
Softphone is configured with ACT such that, when i get a call in my soft phone, contact card of the corresponding number will be opened.
Problem : ACT is active with the page of "contacts list". When a incoming call/outgoing call is done, for example setA(my softphone) is calling SetB, then immediately the contact card of ACT of setB is opened but the contact name is interchanged with setA. So, the result of contact card is "contact name: setA" but all other details like phone number etc. are correct. Only the contact name is changed.
And this problem is reproducible only at the first instance.
Also, When ACT is active with "contacts", then there is no problem. And this is reproducible only in ACT 2009 11.0.
Note: ACT 10.0, ACT 9.0 problem is not reproducible.
It would be very help full if any one gets me a solution for this.
I need to confirm whether this problem is in ACT Software or not.
