Act pro v13

When using the lookup contacts the entry field types everything backwards.  It also rapidly scrolls through the fields within lookup contacts. Also when I try to click on an alarm to access the contact it starts scrolling rapidly through all the alarms. I have Windows 7 Pro 64 bit

Hi Actuser2,

It sounds like you might have a stuck keyboard key that's producing this behaviour. Does the issue still happen if you unplug your keyboard?

Keyboard has been unplugged and works fine in all other programs.  ACT is also working fine with the exception of problems with lookup contacts. That is the only field that types backwards.

This does seem like the tab button stuck but as you say the keyboard works on other machines. Just for the record have you also tried another key board on the problem PC?

I switched to a different mouse and that resolved the problem. Thanks for your help!
