I have Act 2011 Pro and it has been working fine for last 2 years. I must have done something to the settings on my desktop or something because now when I open Act, it only opens to the Act 2011 DEMO version. I can't open it even if I open as administrator. Can't figure out why I can open it fine for the last 2 years, but now it only opens to DEMO. I use Windows 7. Please list any steps I should do so I can access my contacts, documents, etc., etc. in Act 2011 Pro.

If you go to the File menu in Act!, do you see a list of recently opened databases? If so, click the one that has the name of your database.
If you do not see the name of your database listed there, Click File > Open Database, then browse to the location of your database and try to open it.
When you try to open the database, is there an error message or a particularly strange behavior that occurs?
