My ACT! is freezing up when I select a response from the Search bar and when I try to upload an attachment/file in the Notes.
This has never happened to me before today. Troubleshooting so far:
1. I tried seeing if it was a bad entry for the company I selected, but it did the same thing with multiple contacts.
2. Closed out everything I had open and restarted my computer.
3. Searched in Act! Community to see fi I could find a solution but didn't see anything like this.
Picture#1: Selected the Note in orange (2nd option provided for my Search inquiry) and got this error message.

I would appreciate input from anyone out there.

Act! Premium Version 18.104.22.168
We had to have our contract computer company assist. From what I gather, there were some Microsoft updates that threw Act off. It didn't make a lot of sense to me because 2 computers in our office were fine and 2 weren't. We must have had different updates on our computers. I was told that Act! came up with some work-arounds or something.
If you have other information that may be helpful for the next time, and it's not Microsoft updates, I'm open to suggestions.
