Act Version: Act! Premium Version 20.0.159.0 Update 5
Microsoft Office Version: Office 2016
OS: Microsoft Server 2008R2
Database resides locally on the machine
Constantly throughout the day we are getting errors that Act has crashed, in the details of the error it gives the following:
Problem Even Name: CLR20r3
In Windows Event Viewer there are multiple instances of one error that gets repeated over and over again, the only detail it gives is:
Act.Outlook.Service.Desktop - Error in the application
Any way you can point me in the direction of a proper fix for this? Thank you

Act 20.1 has Next Generation Outlook® Integration. Upgrading should solve the issue.
