Re: Act for Web

Hi All,

Do you have any ideas for this error?

"The ACT! for Web server you are accessing has reached the maximum number of connections allowed. Please, try again later after some users have logged off or contact your system administrator"

Using ACT! 8 for web.

On Server, its working fine but whenever login with internet explorer every time giving same error

Thanks!

Re: Act for Web

This error occurs when the registration of your server installation of ACT! has not completed successfully and the automatically generated registration files on the server are corrupt. Most commonly, this occurs when the software is registered via a Microsoft Remote Desktop Connection.

To rectify this, you will need to rename two Windows system files as per the steps in the following Knowledgebase Article, and then re-register ACT!

If possible, it is best to complete this registration process directly at your server, or using a different desktop sharing program.
