I've installed ACT successfully on our Citrix server. However, when installing Act4Advisors it crashes immediately with a vague error of "A4A5dbSetup.exe has stopped working". I'm installing on Server 2008 64bit. I've entered install mode before installation and I've tried to install during execute mode with the same results. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I've not seen this particular error, but I can tell you that we have been hosting ACT for Advisors in our Citrix environment with the same server specifications you mention. For our customers, it has worked well in a citirx environment.

I've seen many install problems resolved by right clicking on the setup.exe and choosing run as administrator. It's worth a try.

I tried that just now to no avail. Up to now here's what I've tried
1. downloading and installing on the server in /install mode
2. downloading and installing o nthe server in /exec mode
3. Rebooted and tried #1-2 again
4. Tried installing as "Administrator" and in compatibility mode
