I have a similar problem.
I have a new computer with windows 7.
Have installed the trial ver of Act 13 (up from Act 6.0)
Have installed outlook 2010 (was using 2003)
On older computer with older ver. of ACT & Outlook I would click on a client's email address in Act & that would take me straight to Outlook where I sent the msg. Then it was logged into my Act.
I have read thru the help & video but still not understanding.
In the Act email setup the only option I am given is Internet Email.
I need to get to the outlook.
