I have Act! 2010 and Outlook 2007 using Windows 7. Just recently when I click on an email address in Act!, Outlook's new email window stopped opening. I checked Outlook and Act is listed as the default address book. Checking Act! email set-up, Outlook is still listed as the default email. I ran the Act! database maintenance, rebooted everything and no solution. Outlook works OK on it's own. I also checked the process list in task manager and there are two Act! process listed. Anyone have any input so I can be productive again????
