Are there any known issues people are having with the Windows 8.1 opperating system and Act! v16?
Got a call from someone today that said it would just freeze during the installation of the Trial.

I just updated to 8.1 and now i am getting the error message, "Error Accessing Database" It says, "The database "xxxx" cannot be accessed. In order to access this database, check your network connection and verify that your database server is available. It may be necessary to disable any firewall software on your computer or the server."
I am not sure what to do, as it was working perfectly before the update. The database is stored locally on this computer.
