We have a database that I believe crashed when editing users now when I try to go in I get a message:-
"The Database could not be accessed. In order to access this database check your network connection and verify that your database server is available."
We have other databases in the same location and they are not a problem

Welcome to the ACT! Online Community. Please see Knowledgebase article 19640 for possible causes and solutions to this issue. In your case, I would first look at the solution that references the database .PAD file.
