Have just loaded Ver 16 and continue to have problems with syncing calendar with both Outlook and Google. I can do Outlook to Act successfully once, then Act to Google once. The Google integration apparently corrupts my Act data base so that the process cannot be repeated.
Swift Page technicians advise that because of software incompatibility issues, I can do only one or the other -- Outlook to Act or Act to Google, but not both -- even if I create a temporary, new Act database just for the sync.
This needs to be fixed -- or, a simple workaround provided.
