Just getting started with Sage Act and been asked to create a report on Sales Person activity (count of emails, calls)
I can see these on the default dashboard - how do I access this information through the reports designer? It doesn't seem very intuitive.
I have acess to the Act Reader and can access the Act Database in SQL Server, but I am not sure how I should be filtering
Any help much appreciated
