For the past few months I have been tasked with trying to get our telephone system (Swyx It) and Act Pro (version 16) to integrate.
We would like to Act to pick up on in and out bound calls so that it brings up the contact straight away and opens up a new history tab ready for the caller to make notes. (Apparently this was a function with an older version of act)
I have spent weeks working with CRM act add on called DialIt with little success. Does anyone know of any other software add ons what I can look at.
Any help will be much appreciated

I recall several years ago I had problem with DialIT.
