I am running ACT! Pro Version 17.2.217.0 and Outlook 2010 on Windows 7.
ACT! is no longer populating the email address of the contact when I click on the email icon.
I have gone through the email settings again and everything looks fine.
Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Tom,
did you try this, using a normal contact, or with your Act user? with the act user this is normal, but it should work with any Contact, not a Act! user

Hi, thanks for the response. Not quite sure what you mean, I have been trying to email from the database from a contact.
It does open a MS Outlook email, but no email address from the contact is inserted.
This worked before, not sure what I did to cause it to stop.

try to create a new contact, save the contact, and then try again

I have the same issue. I have ACT Pro V18.0 Hot Fix 4 and use MS Outlook 2007 on Windows 10. I have not used the email feature before so I don't know if there is something I am doing wrong or if there is a problem. I am just trying to send to 3 people for now to test it. If there is anything I can do to help resolve this problem, let me know.

I updated to the latest maintenance for 18.0 and that fixed it. Thanks for your help.
