I am running Act! Pro Version 220.127.116.11, Hot Fix 2. I asked about this earlier but I have groups and generate emails from those groups. My email list in groups will not populate the email addresses in the to box. Just randomly stopped doing it. I previously had this problem and a reinstall I think fixed it but not sure. Any suggestions?

Hi there, how are you trying to send an email to your groups? The typical method would be to perform a mail merge and make sure during the mail merge wizard you choose to send directly to a group. Is that the process you are following?

No - I go into the group I would like to send to and click on the email message tab. It populates all the addresses in the "to" box. I then copy and past them into the BCC and write my email. Never ever used a mail merge as I don't attach documents - I write an email typically.

Please could you try running both Act! and Outlook as Administrator in Windows?

Afterwards, try emailing a group again to test if the issue has been resolved.
