Please help or guide me in direction what to check. When in Act! Pro V 18.104.22.168 I am getting "The document template is not valid" when click on "create quote" under "opportunities". It is one of the 4 workstations that uses network database of Act. Only one workstation is getting this error and then word comes up with blank template without data.... I tried uninstalling Act from this workstation and installing back, but still same error. It just shows getting to merge opening word and then Act! shows this error and word comes up with just blank template of the invoice/quote. Any ideas? This is the same workstation as other with Office 2013.
I also tried to repair office with no luck too so far.

As I mentioned above I receive message from Act in Act window saying:
"The document template is not valid".
Templates for all 4 workstations are on network drives and this happens only on one workstation. Other workstations that use the same templates process it normally and give invoice with numbers. Only this one gives such error message as above. There is no number associated, but then we can't print any invoice/quote from this computer. As I mentioned also above reinstalling Act did not help, repairing the installation of Microsoft Office did not help either.

While the template is common to all users of the database, the template is actually run using the local version of Word. I suspect that on the problem workstation that the ACT! macros are disabled in Word. Check in Word to see if that's the case and enable them if they are disabled.
