We are using Act Pro V18 on Windows 10. We set up remote databases approx 30 days ago and have synched approx 5 times each with no trouble as recently as last week. We are trying to synch this weekend and are having problems. One of the remote databases on a laptop is synching fine. When I try any of the others it processes through Starting and Connection; Database modifications; Sending and receiving files all okay, but on "Synchronizing records and updates" it seems to be processing files extremely slowly and is taking hours.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Thank you.

Hi there, when the synchonisation is in progress, does it look any different to the remote that is working fine? For example, are there a large number of files that need to be synced?

If this is not the case, once the remote having the problem has synced one last time, it might be worthwhile creating a new remote database and see if you end up getting the same problem with that.
