I'm running a new install of Act Pro v21 on an Win10 64bit machine. It is a local install - not networked.
The contacts button on the navigation bar does not work - nothing happens when clicked. I have removed and reinstalled the button numerous times - however, it stiil does not function.
Is this a known issue? Is there a known fix?

Go to the TOOLS Menu. Select Customize->RESET MENUS AND TOOLBARS.
