Really hoping someone can help me with this problem I am getting?
I foolishly updated microsift office to office 2007 and realised that my Act Pro 8 was not compatable and could not recongnise word. I thereofre reinstalled office 2003 but I now get an error message when try to print from Act.
Previously when I printed from Act, I had a pop up prompt from Act asking me if I wanted to save the document to the client (of which I always did) but now this option does not appear and I recieve the following message:
ACT - 'Call rejected by callee'
I can still print the document, but can't seem to save the document againts the clients details?
If it does make any difference, I also get a message stating that the print margins are out but I can continue with the print?
I would really appreciate any help on this because it is driving me nuts!
