Hello! Thanks for reading.
After a year long pause using act (due to a slow computer), I have installed Act Pro 2012 on a new faster computer and am very happy thus far. I'm a single user (only user) and installed act 2012 pro from the orignal disk provided and I see there a many updates.
In my attempt to update i'm getting error messages:
1. updating directly from acts help drop down - Act Update - the little box in the right hand corner pops up and says there is an available update but when i click it it says i'm not the administror??? (its my computer???)
2. When i download the updates and service packs from the ACT website....when installing it says i'm it is the wrong update for my version???
Very confused. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
