Act Pro 2012 Database migration to v. 17

We are looking to upgrade our CRM and have been using Act for 15 years.  We have a huge database of existing customers and want to know if our database can be migrated to v. 17.

We have many "custom" fields and R concerned that these can no be rebuilt and migrated.

Any thoughts?

You should not have any problems when you migrate from 2012/v14 to v17 - your custom fields, layouts, etc are all a part of your database and should all move over without a hitch.  Make sure you run maintenance in your old version prior to upgrading.
