Greetings! I am using Act!Pro 2011 on a Vista Business 32 bit platform with svrpk 2 installed. I am using act to 'generate' an email to contacts but when I send the email it is not showing up in the contacts history. I have also noticed that when I send directly from outlook they are not showing either. I upgraged from Act!2010 where in both cases this would happen automatically. Thoughts? Thanks in advance for any help.

I just had a similar problem after upgrading to 2011. Installing Hot Fix 2 solved it for me.
