We have Sage Act! 2011 - with SP1 - HotFix 1. (6 licences - 5 remote + 1 server) Everything was working fine until about 3 days ago. Now syncing takes over 1 hr, yet data volume seems to be very low.
Trying to problem solve, we updated the server & 1 remote to HotFix 4 (having read that there were issues with HotFix 5). This did not solve the problem.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!

The problem occurred during "sending & Receiving Files" phase of Sync.
Problem was solved by downloading the BAT file that can be found on Answer ID 28293 (even though our computers were NOT on Hot Fix 5). When this BAT file was run on the server and remote computers, the file count dropped from 500K+ files, to 10K files and sync works fine now.

...however the problem is not 'fixed'. The large file numbers keep recurring, so we have to periodically run the BAT file...
We were told by Tech Support, that a new HotFix is in the works to address this problem.
