Act Pro 2011 Address book not available for logged on user. Outlook 2010

Needing some help.....The Act address book does not show up in the address list for a specific logged on user.  I have logged on with a different user on the same machine and it is available.  Not really sure what/where to look next.

It may be that the address book was not added when setting up the email system.  Here is an article with instructions: KB Article 26796

Thanks for the quick reply.....

When I tried following the article that you provided, I get to the form for adding other Address book types and ACT! Address book is not an option listed for me to choose. (Step 7 on the article)

You may be able to add it through the Sage ACT! email setup (KB Article 26832).

 

If Outlook is not listed in the email setup, see this article: KB Article 14425

 

If Outlook is available and adding through the setup wizard did not work, see this article: KB Article 22776
