Needing some help.....The Act address book does not show up in the address list for a specific logged on user. I have logged on with a different user on the same machine and it is available. Not really sure what/where to look next.

It may be that the address book was not added when setting up the email system. Here is an article with instructions: KB Article 26796

Thanks for the quick reply.....
When I tried following the article that you provided, I get to the form for adding other Address book types and ACT! Address book is not an option listed for me to choose. (Step 7 on the article)
