Act! Pro 16 - e-newsletter campaign

We have one database and each customer record has a tick box to show their suitability for 4 products we offer.  How can I isolate all the companies with (for example) apples ticked and all the people with oranges ticked to send them a relevant e newletter?  is this possible at all?

Many thanks

I would suggest crerating gruops (Dynamic) for those contacts so you do not have to look them up. A quick way to find contacts is to hover your mouse over the check box, right click, and select Lookup "Filedname".

Philip - I called the user and found out that they had been setup to first enter the Company details and then create a Contact.

In so doing they had created the tick boxes in the Company view and not the Contact view.

This meant they couldn't use the Dynamic Groups because they are based on Contacts not Companies!

Could anyone suggest how they could transfer their Company fields to the associated Contacts fields?
