Act Premium 2012 - database not automatically opening on client

Hey all,

 

Have been asked by a client to have a look at their Act issue. They have an RDS machine that they run Act Premium 2012 on. All the users can start Act and it opens their database automatically except for one user. I've looked through all the settings I can see and its got me puzzled.

 

Can anyone sheld some light on this?
