Hello,
Database : 30000 records
Lookup : 1130 records, all of them have a valid email-address
Customer wants to mailmerge email with small attachment to this lookup.
The first 25 records are passing, history is recorded, mail is out
But without any warning, error message or what ever, the mailmerge stops.
Anyone any idea ?

This issue has been reported for differing versions of ACT! and Outloook. It is currently under investigation. We will update this post when information is available.
What is the operating system involved?

That may be caused by his ISP rejecting more than 25 emails at one time but is more likely a function of system resources. Windows doesn't have the resource problems of the early DOS systems where you had to reboot to restore resources. Windows will restore resources over time but resources can be delpeted and a large mail merge is a good way to deplete resources.

Windows 7, Office 2010 - Brand new machine.
The problem is on all machines of this network.

This was also my first reflection, but their IT says that there is no limitation. Customer could mailmerge with the same database with the previous Act-Version (2009) and with a server with much less memory.

The mail merge doesn't take place on the server but on the local system. If it stops consistantly at 25 I would suspect that it's their ISP doing the blocking. It's rare but I've seen resources depleted so bad that wouldn't even open a dialog box.

i get the same problem with 14.1 hotfix 3...
Outlook is 2010...

I have just loaded version 15.1 on to a new computer and am having this problem with being about to only send 25 emails at a time through Outlook. Is there some sort of patch that I can download?
