We're running Act Premium 2009 (220.127.116.11, Hotfix 4) and Outlook 2007. Everything was working fine before we upgraded out Outlook client from 2003 to 2007. Is this version of Act compatible with Outlook 2007?
The problem we are having is if we create an e-mail in Outlook, then save it as a draft, open it up in Act, add contacts and then send it out, what happens is the message gets stuck in the Outbox. Do you know why this is happening?

Bump! Does anyone know if ACT! Prem 2009 11.1 is compatible with Outlook 2007?
Does anyone know why a message composed in ACT! 2009 would get stuck in the Outlook 2007 Outbox and not just go out like any other e-mail? This worked fine with Outlook 2003.

From your description, it sounds like you upgraded Outlook to 2007 after Act! was already installed. I would uninstall/reinstall Act! so that it can recreate it's links to Outlook. Normal procedure is to install Act! after Outlook is in place.
