Act! PRO V21 - when I try to export a contact from one database to another

Act! Pro V21.0.295.0 Update 5 - Windows 10 PRO 64 Bit

This happens when I try to export a contact from one database to another

In the list of possible causes of this article there is not one that says ... when attempting to export a record from one database to another

Best regards,   Praxi Solutions Inc

Have you tested via the demo database as it worked fine exporting a new contact from a lookup in the demo 2019 databse into the 2018 one.

Re: Act! PRO V21 - when I try to export a contact from one database to another

I note that it is showing 99,999 as a record count.

Is this correct or

If more that that you may have reached passed the maximum you can copy on Database to Database.

If less there maybe some corruption that is not allowing ACT to see the records and fields.

As suggested try with a demo database to see if you get the same error.

Known issues -

Database to database where just email is de-dup.

ACT Premium Plus with extra tables

Note -

Tested with a demo and live database without issues

Re: Act! PRO V21 - when I try to export a contact from one database to another

The problem happens with any database, even with the DEMO database

In the exercise of the graph ... I was exporting a single contact ... ONLY ONE ...

Every time I see less quality in the versions of Act! - In fact, in another period, the certified consultants were allowed to work with the new version as  TESTER ... so that based on some tasks they could find possible errors before going out with the new version to the market.

Another headache that persists is integration or synchronization with Outlook.

That's and high costs are causing customers to look for other CRM alternatives ... even free.

...
