I have ACTv17/Windows 10 and am trying to synchronize with Outlook. I have done it successfully before, but now it only fails. I have gone through the knowledge base, still fails. Can anyone help?

Do not delete the Adalwrapper.
Many have success if they go to control panel, selecting Office, select change/repair and run a quick repair.
Is the computer giving any error messages?
