Hi Act Community,
I'm trying to set up my users to use Outlook 2010 with Act! Premium 2013 on Windows 7.
I received an error when doing so.
It looks like it may be an issue with in the Registry Keys, but I checked within the Registry Editor and everything coresponds with the current version of Outlook 2010 that we use.
We use 2010 and 9.4 is the only one I see in the containing folders.

If that doesn't work, is there a chance that you may have updated to Office 2013, then downgraded back to Office 2010? If so, and only if so, I'd recommend the following article:
You can also try to run repairs on Office.
