Today, when I tried to update, presumably under your new version, I got a message saying "Authentication Failure. Code=511 Username: [my username]".
It worked fine yesterday.
It would be so much better if I forced to spend hours coping with erros in this product. (See my other recent messages).

Note: Effective 6/1/13, Sage no longers provides support for the Act! software. This is now provided by Swiftpage.

Problem solved (I hope). I did the following:
(1) Changed my password
(2) Uninstalled and reinstall the Sage Act for Mobile App on the phone.
Now it seems to be working. why wasn't it working before? Have no idea.
