Act + Microsoft Outlook Express

When I am sending out bulk emails from Act (via Outlook). A message pops up for every individual person stating: "Microsoft Office Outlook does not recognize "Joe Blow." I then click new contact, punch in the data, save and close and then it goes through the whole list. And then, a month later when I go to send out the emails again, I have to go through the same process. Is there anyway to get around this? Thanks

What version of ACT! (full build from Help | About)?
What version of Outlook?
Does it work if you just send to one of them?
