I have followed the steps in the knowledgebase to integrate the ACT Pro v18 contacts (2700) into Outlook 2010 with 1-way sync, but they are not transferring.
I have deleted all previous sync sets and started fresh with a new transfer to send all contacts (which I understand does not require establishing a criteria).
Prior to this problem, I did a 2-way sync and many contacts in Outlook disappeared resulting in fewer contact than prior to the sync.
Is there some setting which need to be adjusted a steps to correct?
