"Error: log scan number 1639:333:189 passed to log scan in database <databasename> is not valid. This error may indicate data corruption or that the log file (.ldf) does not match the datafile (.mdf) If this error occurred during replcation recreate the publication. Otherwise restore from backup if the problem resolves in a failure during startup.
Could not open new database <databasename> CREATEDATABASE aborted."

You may be able to resolve this issue using the latest version of the ACT! Diagnostics utility. You can download the utility using the instructions in this article: KB Article 27607
Once downloaded, use the instructions within the following article for attaching a database file without the Log file. You will need to rename the *.LDF file associated with your database before attempting to attach the ADF. Article: KB Article 27129
