Act Email

I use Act Email that clones Outlook. When I send an email using the email address from the Contact Detail screen the email is sent to the person but does not leave the outbox or go to the sent box when completed.  How can I fix?

Please see the information in KB Article 14160 for a possible solution. Make sure that Outlook is open when you are sending emails through ACT!.

Also, does clicking Send/Receive in Outlook get the messages out of the Outbox and into Sent Items?

The email does the same thing in Outlook. I stays in the outbox.
